If you get a disease and cure that’s literally a vaccine the only way to be truly anti-vax to live in a sterile bubble like Immuno deficiency kids

Vaccines are basically weaker diseases so why are people so against it both ways your getting the disease either you won’t feel it or your world will start spinning

Anti Vaxxers think autism is worse than being a quadriplegic?

@Dr Mike you say you look at each individual vaccine but what you, other drs, & medical community in a whole, are not looking at is EACH INDIVIDUAL HUMAN BEING. Humans are in NO way just alike. DNA, blood types, ect.
There are tests that can be done before vaccinating a child, tests that would determine if getting vaccinated would be detrimental to the child's health. So why isn't that testing made available? Why don't Dr's know about it? Guess I shouldn't be surprised, most Dr's have never even read a vaccine insert.

I don't agree with statement that vaccines are tested, well, let me rephrase...Maybe, they're tested somewhat but I don't think for one second whoever's in charge of the testing is 100% honest. To me, if there's one thought that someone has been dishonest about vaccine safety, it should be addressed. After all the people getting the vaccines are tiny infants, newborn to 16 months, and toddlers. Yet people are so quick to throw innocent children under the bus, even their own, and for what? Fear! That's it...Fear.

Btw, I am a educated & very healthy female. As a child I received one, maybe two, vaccines. As a child I had mumps & chicken pox & I LIVED. 😯 I've never had the flu and...have never had a flu vaccine. I've never had pneumonia and...never had pneumonia vaccine. I have 4 children and yes they were all vaccinated. My distrust of vaccines began with my 3rd child. Before my 3rd child was born, I trusted the Dr & believed in vaccines. And for my daughter paid the price. I can explain, but it'd take more than a paragraph or two, to do so, and I will if it'd make any difference. But for me even saying what I am right now, I will be attacked on this post.

Anytime a discussion of vaccines comes up, the parents who are labeled "anti-vax," are always attacked viciously by "pro-vaxer's. The "pro-vax" people say things like anti-vax parents & their injured child should DIE. They call the parent ignorant, stupid, unintelligent. They even attack the innocent child saying they're contagious of diseases they don't even have & shouldn't be allowed near their vaccinated child.

And to that I say, any Drs, professional, or hell...anyone...who is ok with these vicious & completely unnecessary attacks against people who's only 'crime' was trying to protect their child...are abhorrent!

You know, they say history is taught to prevent bad things especially from repeating itself. And with NO disrespect at all, I can't help but feel like if all the "pro-vaxer's" had their way they'd put away all the people being labeled as "anti-vax" and their un--vaccinated children in a 'place' away from them & maybe even kill them. After all they're dangerous & detestable. Sound familiar?

If you think that statement went overboard then read the comments here, & then...go to the video of the vaccine debate, read the comments there and then tell me I'm wrong.

When you said "when they become activists to try to get the other to do something" or something along the lines of that, I questioned it. Someone who vaccinates their kids for example, they start trying to get other to do the same thing and the same thing the other way around. Idk, I think it was just you were trying to target one team.

Vaccinate your kids. If you can get vaccinated, GET VACCINATED.
Your Facebook group does not give you an honorary medical degree.
Your kids rash or redness at the injection site is NOT a risk. If you voluntary opt out, you should be held account for any injury or death your disease carrying kid caused.

I come from an immigrant family who were LUCKY to get a few vaccines to prevent polio and tetanus. Had to go without the ones for flu, mumps, chicken pox, measles etc and they got them as children suffering a lot of pain. When they came to the usa they promised their kids a better life of healthcare and it saddens me to think some parents don't vaccinate out of ignorance and privileged thinking.

I don't know if you have any possibility of translating this into proper English but basically she is saying that being vaccinated does not mean that you are unable to get the disease. as a conclusion she says that not vaccinated children are no risk. i am curious what your thoughts on this are...

No one ever said otherwise. Being vaccinated means you are about twenty times less likely to be infected, and if you are, the disease will almost certainly be far less serious, have fewer complications, and be of reduced duration. The fact that the address you quote above contains "vegan" does not instill confidence.

Some people CAN'T be vaccinated. Your being vaccinated means you can't infect a baby too young to be , or someone who is allergic to the vaccine, or someone who has a compromised immune system - they're having chemotherapy for cancer for example - which means they can't be vaccinated, or they are vaccinated but are still vulnerable to infection anyway. The same for very frail people - they may have some other condition, or simply be elderly: even if they are vaccinated they are at some risk, though that risk is still lower than it otherwise would be. I caught whooping cough as a very young baby, before I could be vaccinated. Almost certainly from an unvaccinated child. Google "herd immunity"

And we don’t even fuck with vaccines the way white ppl do. We brush it off and say fuck it.

Last I read it was 1 in 50 children. I have a niece who is autistic and I have worked with many on the spectrum as a 1-1 aide and as students at my dance studio. At least where I live in upstate NY there is a large community here of children on the spectrum. Most are high functioning but I have worked with many who are non verbal. It is such a hot topic that vaccines cause autism but I wanted to know what your opinion on the matter is. Thanks

@Summer Joy autims is better recognised and diagnosed. Fifty years ago children with mild autism would simply have been classed as "problem kids" with "bahavioral issues". If your body wasn;t able to "handle" multiple pathogens you'd be dead within days of giving birth. Your body is under constant attack because viruses, bacteria and fungi are everywhere. Mreover, the pathogens in vaccines are highly attentuated, or dead, or even just inert fragments. Why are allergies on the rise? It is almost certainly because too many children are raised in too protective an environment. Your immune system needs challenges to keep it healthy; if you raise a kid in a house where you are spraying disinfectants, bleach and steam everywhere all the time, your immune system has nothing harmful to attack, so instead it mistakenly attacks harmless things instead. There is also evidence that children who are fed on formula, not breast, are more likely to get allergies. Squalene is used in one - *ONE* - vaccine, that is the flu vaccine. Squalene is sourced from fish oils, olive oil and soybean oil: NOT peanuts. It is a common ingredient in many foods and cosmetics. And, oh yeah, the best for last - *YOUR BLOOD CONTAINS SQUALENE BECAUSE YOUR OWN LIVER MAKES IT!* lol! Why are they looking at using squalene? Because of the hysterical nonsense about "aluminium", that's why!

Why don't you believe that autism in part is caused by increase vaccination, for one? I had my last vax as a high schooler in 1983. According to my medical records, I had a total of 22 vaxxes from birth. From what I understand, in the late '80s until now, vaccines have been increase four times over! That is just criminal. A small body cannot handle all that. When I was a kid in the '70s, there were no peanut-free zones. No kids had Epi-Pens. We didn't have gluten-free anything or special diets. Guess what two things autistic kids tend to have problems with? Gluten and casein (milk protein). 😑 Squalene is an adjuvant in the filth that are vaccines that is derived from peanut oil. Ah...there's the connection. So there are so many things wrong with vaccines these days.

unfortunately some of the things you have stated are untrue. as soon as you say your not taking vaccines yourself or have had a reaction doctors/nurses are aggressive to you. so I have to be aggressive back. I have had so much bad experience I am TERRIFIED to go to a doctor's office or hospital without a witness. there are people like me out there and it is what it is. the system has failed in so many ways to regain our trust back. if we say no it's no. It's our consent not yours. It's my body not yours. My job is to take care of MYSELF and family first not care about others. I have zero trust in doctors/nurses and that's horrible to say..... My list of bad experience is to long to write but what I can say now is I am aware now of my "consent" and what RIGHTS I ACTUALLY DO HAVE. no means no for Christ sake

Matias Madrid - That is overblown. If there is a person that can’t get vaccines, then they are in the same boat as those who choose to not get vaccines. If the person is immune compromised, then likely they are not in public because they are still at risk of all the other diseases that exist. This is just not a really serious issue.

I had a severe egg allergy when I was little so I couldn’t get the flu shot and I got sick almost every year until I was eight and an egg free shot was developed. My class mates didn’t get vaccinated most of the time so it spread quickly and I once got so sick when I was really little that I ended up getting a seizure. This is why if you can get vaccinated get vaccinated because some people can’t and they get sick!

I have 4 cousins who live together and grew up being shitty kids. 2 of them had vaccines and the others didnt. The two who did turned autistic and the other had social problems while the ones without vaccines went to college. I have another set of cousins who grew up in a different house. One sister never had her vaccines and went to college but the two little brothers and sister did and one became really skinny and autistic while the others had social problems. It's not that they were born this way because the cousins used to be smart. The skinny one might have been socially awkward but not skinny. Somethings up wether its an agenda or not my family discussed this and the next generation hasnt been vaccinated. They are doing just fine and growing healthy. My cousisn who never had their shots never been sick and they are adults now and been here since they were 1 and 2 years old. They eat mcdonalds and other junk food daily and have no prolbems. Theres something with the vaccines that are making the kids physically weaker and dumber. Why else would they try and make it okay for autistic people to work. If its not autism then its homosexuality. They want to dumb us down so that they can control us. Simple if you really open you're mind and think that these are posabilities especially with the way things are going nowadays. I love america and i will die for America but why would anybody do this to their people. Its inhumane just like they want to deport families back to where they came from although knowing they are could become homeless once they arrive. Thank god my parents never vaccinated me.y family knows a local doctor personally and even his daughter doesnt have vaccines.
